Dr. Matthews Leads Protest Outside Home of QX Global Facebook Page Operators
Dr. Candice Matthews led a protest outside the home of QX Global Facebook page operators Jenifer Knighton and Eric Sanchez, citing what she described as racist social media posts and raising concerns about the reported disappearance of Knighton’s daughter, Jazmin Pérez, who has allegedly been missing since 2022.
During the demonstration, Dr. Matthews and several supporters made serious allegations, claiming that Jenifer Knighton was involved in trafficking her daughter and may have had her killed in Mexico. Those claims have not been substantiated.
Video shows Knighton exiting her home and confronting the protesters, while Sanchez remained inside a vehicle parked down the street. Both Knighton and Sanchez contacted law enforcement.
Responding officers arrived at the scene and, after assessing the situation, informed Dr. Matthews that she was within her legal rights to protest.
Knighton has responded to the allegations. In video captured during the confrontation, she can be heard saying, “Don’t worry about Jasmine.”
We obtained exclusive deleted posts that appear to be from Knighton, posting on her daughter’s account. These posts signal that Jazmin Perez possibly is desceased.

Here is Dr. Matthews statement:
“Community Questions Surround the Circumstances of Jazmin Pérez
By Dr. Candice Matthews
Nationally Renowned Human and Civil Rights Activist and Advocate
Our office has received multiple anonymous intakes regarding Jazmin Pérez, a young woman whose reported passing continues to raise serious and unanswered questions within the community.
According to individuals who knew Jazmin during her middle school years, there were documented patterns of instability, including reported instances of running away, mental health placements, and law enforcement involvement. These accounts, while unverified, reflect consistent themes submitted independently to our team.
One intake further alleges that Jazmin maintained a TikTok account that allegedly disappeared around the time she was reported deceased. The individual states that a video briefly appeared on the account containing a black screen with written text mocking her death before the account became inaccessible. These claims have not been independently verified.
What remains most troubling is the lack of clarity.
Community members are asking:
• Was there an official death investigation?
• Is there a publicly available death record?
• Were authorities involved?
• Why do certain digital footprints appear to have been removed?
Let me be clear: These are questions — not accusations.
Transparency protects everyone. When young lives are involved, especially under unusual or unclear circumstances, the public deserves factual answers to prevent speculation and misinformation from spreading.
We are urging any individual with verifiable documentation, official records, or confirmed information to come forward. If there is a lawful explanation, clarity will only strengthen trust.
Until then, the question remains:
Where is Jazmin Pérez?”
