Kids Shot + Drugs Recovered

Houston police are asking for the public’s help after two juveniles were shot at a neighborhood park.

According to investigators, a group of juveniles were playing at Zollie Scales Park in the 3500 block of Drayfus Street when two to three males in a white Nissan approached them and asked if they wanted to purchase marijuana. An altercation followed, and two of the juveniles were shot.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital and are reported to be in stable condition.

HPD is urging anyone with information that could lead to an arrest to come forward.
