Ex-Arizona Beverages Employee Alleges Years of Harassment and Retaliation From Ron Cohen

A former employee of Arizona Beverages has made a series of serious allegations against the company and one of its co-founders, claiming she endured years of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment before becoming involved in a dispute over a home she says had been promised to her.

According to a request for comment sent by activist Quanell X, founder of The People's Global News Network and leader of the New Black Panther Nation, the woman worked for Arizona Beverages co-founder John Ferolito for approximately 25 years. In the correspondence, she alleges she experienced racial harassment, sexual harassment, physical assault, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct during her employment. The request also alleges that Ron Cohen was involved in some of the alleged incidents.

Before publishing its reporting, The People's Global News Network contacted both Ferolito and Cohen, requesting interviews and offering each the opportunity to respond to the allegations. The organization stated that it would also accept written statements for inclusion in its reporting and requested a response within 72 hours.

The request for comment further states that the former employee has provided audio and video recordings that she contends support her claims. At the time of publication, neither Ferolito nor Cohen had publicly responded to the allegations. The claims have not been proven in court.
