Inside Haverstock Apartments: A Living Nightmare

HOUSTON, Texas — NightSunTV’s Jack Quillin visited the Haverstock Apartments off Aldine Bender Road to examine complaints from residents about worsening living conditions inside the complex.

During his visit, Quillin reviewed video that appeared to show rats inside units and documented visible mold growth, roaches, cracked walls, and bathroom fixtures in severe disrepair. Portions of the property showed signs of prolonged maintenance issues, including damaged surfaces and deteriorating plumbing areas.

In an on camera interview, one resident described feeling unsafe in her own home.

“I don’t feel safe,” she said, adding that her five year old child does not want to stay at the apartment.

Residents say the conditions have created ongoing concerns about health and safety. NightSunTV has reached out to property management for comment regarding the reported issues and any plans for repairs or remediation.
